If you purchase the wrong item by mistake, we are unable to provide a refund or return. Please make sure the product you order fits the tool you own.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

✅ Return started within 7 days of delivery and authorization received
✅ Proof of purchase required (order confirmation or receipt)
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Receive a Return Authorization: If eligible, we’ll send you return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label (if applicable).
3️⃣ Ship the Product Back: Package the item securely and return it using the provided label.
4️⃣ Refund Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 48 hours.
Refund Process
✅ We offer a full refund with no restocking fee.
✅ Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 48 hours of receiving the return.
🚨 Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of product defects or shipping errors.
Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items)
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it.
📌 To process an exchange for a damaged/defective item:

- We may respond asking for photos of the product
- We will send a replacement product

- Customers pay for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
