Digital License Policy

Effective Date: October 22, 2025

By purchasing and downloading a digital file (the "Product") from TidyTool (the "Licensor"), you (the "Licensee") agree to the terms of this non-transferable, limited license.

 

1. Grant of License

 

The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to download, install, and use the Product subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

 

2. Permitted Use (Personal Use Only)

 

The Licensee is granted the right to use the Product solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Permitted uses include:

  • Creating a single, final physical product for your own private use (e.g., 3D printing a model for your shelf, printing a document for personal notes).

  • Creating a single physical product to be given as a gift (not sold).

  • Saving the digital file on your personal computer and creating one backup copy.

 

3. Strictly Prohibited Use (No Resale or Distribution)

 

The Licensee MAY NOT use the Product in any way that is commercial or promotional, or that involves the transfer of the digital file.

Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

  • Resale or Commercialization: Selling the digital file itself, or selling the physical product made from the digital file (i.e., you cannot use the file to start a business or make a profit).

  • Redistribution and Sharing: Sharing, sub-licensing, renting, loaning, hosting, transferring, or otherwise distributing the digital file to any third party (including friends, family, or online groups), whether for free or for payment.

  • Derivative Works for Commercial Use: Modifying, adapting, or creating new derivative works from the digital file with the intent to sell or distribute the resulting files or physical products.

  • Public Display of Digital File: Uploading the file to any website, social media, or file-sharing service in a way that allows others to download it.

 

4. Intellectual Property and Ownership

 

The Licensor retains all copyrights and intellectual property rights to the Product. Your purchase constitutes a license to use the Product, not an outright transfer of ownership. All rights not specifically granted in this Agreement are reserved by the Licensor.

 

5. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

 

The Product is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. The Licensor is not liable for any damages (including loss of profits, data, or business disruption) arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

 

6. No Refunds

 

Due to the digital nature of the Product, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or the purchase is complete.

 

7. Termination

 

The Licensor reserves the right to terminate this license immediately if the Licensee breaches any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease all use of the Product and delete all copies of the digital file.
